Free New Year's Cab Ride
Puffy Puff Diddy D Daddy Jones The 3rd is offering free cab rides to all the intoxicated "Adults" that need a ride home from Time Square.The Taxi and Limousine Commission will distribute debit cards, which willl be good for one taxi fare up to $15, in Times Square between 11 p.m. & 3 a.m the night of the ball drop.
